Ok, so ive had iih for about 4ish year and have been in somewhat of remission for the last 6 months. I wad able to get a summer job as a camp leader but my iih flaired up again. Its annoying but my question is any tips to survive the summer mainly the sun. I take diamox so the sun is the enemy. Any tips to help not burn.
