Sorry if this is the wrong subreddit but im not too sure where to ask this. I recently turned some lilacs into syrup and these are my favorite flowers so I was trying to figure out if I could do the same for them. Im fairly certain they are Viburnum Utile, but there is zero information online on if the flowers are edible. I know its a long shot, but does anybody know? (Washington, USA)​
