Hey everyone! New to Disney collecting (haven't been able to find them locally and I dont like shipping cards in the mail), and I finally found a few Neon blasters today.

Can anyone help me identify what exactly this is? I was looking for comps because my wife loves Tiana and I was considering grading it for her as a gift, and I want to make sure I know what I'm sending if I decide to go that route.
