My wife and I are 40 years old and visiting Bordeaux from Canada in the first week of June.

We will be there Monday to Friday.

Any recommendations for any places that will be open late any of Monday to Thursday that have a good vibe, whether for sit down post-dinner cocktails or dancing? Is there a specific area to bar hop?

Staying at the Renaissance, so open to places in the City core and along the submarine pier. Thanks.
