Hi, my husband and I are interested in a property to purchase. We’d like to rent it out, but the bathroom situation is odd.

The house has 2 half baths and 1 full bath. Pictured above is of the top floor plan. The full bath is only accessible through the primary bedroom or a hall bathroom. This seems really weird to me.

Is it rentable as is? What configuration would you suggest switching this too? And what would that potentially cost? Ideally, I’d like to close off the bathroom connection and add a small shower to the hall bath.

Or is this configuration so bizarre that it’s not worth the hassle and we should just stay away from this property?
