Hi all,

I recognise this may have been answered, though I had a little filter through and couldn’t see something specific to my query. Perhaps I’m just looking for some confidence.

I currently rent a flat under a 12 month contract. I’ve been here around 6 months so far. When the new laws come into effect, can I rightfully give my 2 months notice and then move out when that period concludes?
