Anyone have congenital factor v deficiency + Factor v leiden heterozygous = factor v leiden pseudo/homozygous?

Have Sjogrens, mildly positive APS. A 4.1 cm ascending aortic aneurysm stable since 2014.

Got sequencing dot com test after healthy brother survived DVT to PE. All the factor stuff in the high confidence report. Seeing a hematologist soon. Long time to get pg, had preeclampsia, 1 son born, passed a big clot postpartum that obgyn ignored (in the 90s)

Taking crestor, low dose niacin and daily aspirin for familial Hyperlipoproteinemia and familial hypertriglyceridemia (also in the high confidence report and known since my 20s.) and high LP(a).

Because of deranged lipids was told to never take bc pills, thankfully.
