Hey all, I have gotten an at home monitor as I use anabolic steroids and want to monitor my blood pressure. Anyway I’m posting because my bp averages around 125-135/70-80 in the morning. I know it’s not PERFECT but my doctor has told me it’s not concerning.

The issue I’m having is as soon as it’s nighttime (6pm onwards) and I measure my bp it’s fairly high. This has been an occuring trend almost since I got the monitor. I was tested for sleep apnea and everything came back perfectly fine. Does or has anyone else had this issue and if so does it have a name or a fix? I read that it should drop towards bed time but mine gets significantly higher even over multiple readings (around 150-160/80-90). Any advice/comfort to know what is causing this is greatly appreciated.

P.S I’m completely aware of the effects AAS have on blood pressure so I can’t whine too much about it. I have my ways of keeping it at bay apart from at night time apparently…
