Currently subletting near McGorlick in Greenpoint but need to find my next spot.
With that said, I'm looking for a furnished sublet or an unfurnished lease takeover in Greenpoint or Williamsburg, ideally starting mid-May but June works as well. Full place only, not a room.
Key Details:
- ~$3500
- Greenpoint, Williamsburg. Ideally something within a 20 minute walk of the L. Would love to be close to McCarren.
- Available starting sometime between 5/15 and 6/7 would be best
- Would love a place I can stay through at least 7/30 if a sublet, but open to varying lengths. Lease can be for a year.
- One bedroom preferred for lease takeover. Studio OK for subletting. Full place, not just a room.
