I am shiny egg hunting piplup, after 300 eggs I was going to clean up my box. I happen to see some other eggs I had and decide to hatch them to also do a clean up it was about 8 sprigato and 15 hisuian Sneasel. The 11th egg I hatch came out shiny. Did I just reset my encounter rate?
