I am beginner investor who wants to transition from PH stocks to US stocks. What is the best way to go about this when doing small incremental transactions each month? I am looking to go to IBKR and funding my account through BDO --> WISE --> IBKR for minimal feels. My questions are:

1. How do I access IBKR safely?
2. Is it safe to transition to IBKR after the SEC restrictions?
3. Are small incremental transactions (~5,000-10,000 each month) realistic with all the fees?
4. Is this transition a good idea?

They are currently at a very similar price and I am wondering which one to get. The x7 is 512GB storage while the x8 is 256GB storage. Which one is a better buy?
