So a few days back I asked a question about how to show my experience etc. got a few interesting and helpful answers.

Tldr:

I worked for a lala startup for 13 months , they promised 6 months internship then fte if they raise funds. Never raised never got fte. Talked with a HR person, they said you should show this experience as an internship only. Cause you don't have formal proofs(co-founder he will get me an experience letter, but I am not gonna do that).

8 months experience in the new company.

Few doubts 🙏

1. When should I switch, I want to do it after a year.

2. How much salary should I expect.

3. Will these 13 months experience count now? I really worked hard there.
