The system adjusted positions constantly, but it wasn’t random. Now that I’m back to manual trading, I realize how different human pacing is compared to machine optimization.

Been trying out an automated strategy and something weird happened, I started trusting it more than my own trades. Not saying it’s perfect, but it’s consistent, sticks to rules, and doesn’t hesitate like I do. Made me wonder if I’m leaning on it too much. For those running algos, how do you avoid just defaulting to the system and losing confidence in your own setups?
