I've had an email and QR code to confirm I can collect my order from my local Relay point, but when I've gone in and scanned the QR code they haven't been able to find my parcel. I've been in twice with no luck and the cut off date is tomorrow.

I've raised it with Relay but what process do I take with Vinted?

Is there a way to block/automatically silence teams calls whilst I'm on a normal phone call?
