30yr old female, 160cm and 70kgs. Non smoker. History of PCOS and take Lexapro for anxiety.

Worsening headaches/migraines last 6 months. , headaches for years with no cause identified. Pretty much running my life at this point. Tried migraine abortives with little help. Have tried muscle relaxers, pain killers, anti inflammatories. Seen a physio and chiropractor. Seeing a neurologist in July. Taking propranolol as a preventative. Have occipital nerve blocks and Botox - they did work a few years ago however have now stopped working. Have to wait a few weeks for the MRI results and was wondering if anything looks abnormal or if anyone has any advice
