I found this bone piece in my yard and am hoping it can be identified! We moved in very recently, and we have an outdoor cat that will sometimes visit the yard, along with several species of birds, including crows. I live in Virginia near the coast in case that is helpful. I don’t believe this bone was here a few days ago when I mowed the lawn. Empty 12 oz can for scale.
Edit: I walked the yard and found no other bones, but I did find a mangled squirrel(I think) near the back of the yard, and two crow feathers.
