For the first and middle name. Is this a terrible idea or is it as cool as we think it sounds?

I am 1 week into starting at 10mg. I am yawning every 10 seconds and am so unbelievably tired. I’ve read a bit about how for some people the exhaustion never goes away but I guess I just want see if it has gone away for people that did experience this?
