


Seven day-er complete
190.0 to 178.8 maintaining 15k steps per day. Hunger pangs subsided fairly early. Sleep was a little restless, but I managed between five and seven hours a night.
Breaking with some new kimchi. I also got some of that venison bone broth to try.
Sending positive vibes to any and all who are planning to, are amidst of, or just finishing their fasts.
