Seven day-er complete

190.0 to 178.8 maintaining 15k steps per day. Hunger pangs subsided fairly early. Sleep was a little restless, but I managed between five and seven hours a night.

Breaking with some new kimchi. I also got some of that venison bone broth to try.

Sending positive vibes to any and all who are planning to, are amidst of, or just finishing their fasts.

I’m starting a new fast today and I’m going to leave it open ended but it’s going to be an extended one. A new strategy, starting at 190, trying to get to 160. I’ve shed 66 in 22 days with a high volume of walking (exceeding 20k steps per day). This time, I’ll follow the scale’s readout and stop fasting at my desired weight. Coinciding with my new fast, I’m trying a new water that seems deliberately created for water fasting. I happened to see it in the water aisle in Whole Foods. Enjoy the full flower moon 🙏🏼
