I am curious if anyone has a herbalism reference book that notes usages for pregnant and breastfeeding individuals? After missing some key info on Google and taking something that I shouldn’t have I feel very strongly I need a physical reference book. I was fairly comfortable with herbs before getting pregnant but now I am just to hesitant.
