I was sent a 60 day notice stating my lease was terminating and also had a note of a rental increase. I had no intention of staying however did not sent my notice until 30 days prior. Due to the rental increase am I protected by Minnesota statute 504B.147 or anything?? So that I do not have to pay for June? Please help. Location: Minnesota

I was sent a 60 day notice solid through the side of my door stating this was my 60 day notice. There was also a note of a rental increase. I had no intention of staying but I forgot to send the 60 day notice. However because they added the rental increase am I protected by Minnesota statute 504B.147 or anything? I sent my notice 30 days prior so they are making me pay June, is there any law that helps me?
It was 4am and I was in my kitchen washing my hands and all of a sudden this one guy I liked but stopped speaking to popped up in my head, I brushed it off as him thinking about me.. but then I felt almost as if there was a presence behind me. Idk if I was just imagining it as a joke but my stomach/abdomen tightened up and I felt extremely uncomfortable as if someone was watching me. I live alone and have never felt this way. I rush to my room forgetting my snacks I was going to eat and was so terrified. I turned off the light and was covering my face with my blanket and just felt super scared. Which is strange because I’m not the type to get scared like that in my home especially. I fell asleep super uncomfortable.. which was a total 360 from that safe energy I use to feel from him I was so scared for some reason! Would anyone know why?
