It’s insane how terrible they are at their jobs considering this is what they do all day every day. They accept your ride but then don’t move unless you ask them if they’re coming, they always ask you where you are…like dude stop trying to call me just come to the pickup location. They will then ask you where you are going as if it’s not clearly indicated on the map, and half the time they’ll ask me for directions while driving. Like dude the app tells you exactly which turns to make. Another thing I hate is when they pick you up and then immediately stop for gas! Like dude don’t pick me up if you can’t take me to my drop off. Getting gas needs to be on your own time not mine. They’ll constantly take a slower and more inefficient route and then often time ask you for extra money. It’s such an awful experience idk why they can’t get it together a little.
