What content is heavy on the SHRM-SCP? I took the SHRM-CP and failed. I was BLOWN AWAY at how much CSR and conflict resolution were on it. I wasted months memorizing laws, and I only had one.

I know every test is different, but from YOUR experience, what was the content heavy on?

I have been at the senior level of HR for 12 years, and I still failed the CP! I cannot believe it. It felt so easy to me, but I still made a 190. I felt it was just not what I expected. I thought it would show what I do on a daily basis, but it was nowhere near it. It had so much global HR on there as well.
