Hello all,

I pulled for S3 Hiyuki and was wondering two things. Firstly, how much better is S3 compared to S0 percentage wise? I saw different calculations ranging from 60% better to 80% better so I wonder which is more accurate. The second and more important question I have is does Hiyuki play any different when she is S3 compared to S0? Do I need to be doing something different or the standard rotation works well? Any help is much appreciated, thank you all!
