looking at the upcoming contract available for Amen Thompson. he’s obviously a very good player but I think we’ve seen enough to rethink the projections.

we should be talking about Amen as a more athletic Tony Allen. A defensive specialist who can occasionally win you some games and a winning player. Not a max player

Evan Mobley - enough with the KG comparisons. he’s Gen Z Al Horford with a little more defensive juice. a great stretch big to have on your team. not a max player

Paolo - David West. A talented and reliable halfcourt Big who will greatly benefit from having a PG feed him. Not going to carry a team on his own. Not a max player

Who else needs a ceiling re-evaluation?
