

So.... I'm pretty disappointed with my progress for 6 months. I can see a slight difference from the head on angle, and zero difference in the side angle.
Routine: frankly I do what my personal trainer tells me to do, and a bit of whatever I feel like because if I dont, I won't work out.
Right now I'm doing:
3x10 hip thrusts
2x10 cable kick backs to the back
10 cable kick backs to the side
3x10 kettlebell catch squats
3x10 Deadlifts with one leg shifted back behind me (Sry I don't know what a lot of these exercises are called)
3x10 lunges (with a cable row at the top)
Twice a week. And then sometimes I throw in a hip abductor machine, leg press machine, hamstring curl machine and quad machine... But only when I'm feeling up to it.
Then on my other day of the week I do arms and back...
I'm taking creatine and trying to get my protein in but I'm not tracking my food because I have a history of eating disorder.
