Anyone here renting at Point Blue Studios who's also having difficulty communicating with their staff? Most specially sa accounting and collections team nila. And if you're also having the same issues transitioning to their app? I know na "newly launched" nga lang yung app nila, pero kulang pa kasi sa instructions moving forward. Super delayed nila magreply sometimes wala at all even if nag follow up na multiple times.
Lease payment na kasi ulit and their SOAs on the app are not even updated, tapos all transactions will be made thru the app na daw. So no go na ba yung mga narereceive natin na SOA via email and direct bank transfer payment? Brought this up to their IT team and they will check into it daw. For how long???
Umabot pa talaga dito sa reddit ang frustrations dahil bakit walang nageentertain from their staff between Mon-Fri na 9pm-6pm kahit yun ang indicated working hours nila sa email?
