Hello everyone,

I’m a small business owner and for the past 5 years I’ve been working in road services for container logistics. We transport containers from ports in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany to clients—and vice versa.

For a long time, I managed everything using spreadsheets and scattered folders on my computer. It worked, but it often became chaotic and I lost a lot of time searching for information. It just wasn’t an efficient or enjoyable way to run things.

So I decided to build a simple dashboard to manage orders more easily. Over time, that evolved module by module into a full SaaS application.

I called it Boxflow. Why Boxflow? We do sea-container logistics - a box. combined with getting goods from A to B - Flow.

Right now, the platform includes:

  • Authentication
  • Multi-tenancy and multi-user support
  • File uploads
  • Order management
  • Pricing calculator
  • And more

Everything has been tested for multi-tenancy and is working really well. I’ve also had a senior software engineer review the system, and the feedback has been very positive.

Now I’d like to take the next step: getting other companies to test it. I’m looking for feedback on improving the modules, identifying missing features, and refining the overall experience before going to market.

My main questions:

  • How can I attract companies willing to test the platform?
  • What are good strategies to grow this into a real business?
  • How do I approach pricing for a SaaS like this?

Any advice, feedback, or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance 🙏
