We have tried Barrie Sports Dome twice earlier - one when she was 2 and other recently when she was 3. Both the times the program was same and was just fun play, which is fair for that age but we are looking for some forward progression now. Came across BSC and Little Kickers and wondering whats the approach for U4 program at both these places? Are they both age appropriate structured which introduces more soccer concepts or do they have different approaches? We are getting inclined towards BSC especially given they have long term program and we think our kiddo could follow this sport for long time.

I put another post yesterday asking how to integrate Claude with Hevy as I saw many other posts talking about MCP etc. to integrate and Claude Code to also update Hevy. While trying to figure out API, i came across integration tab in Hevy which allows me to connect for free with ChatGpt and it does all that i want - analyze my workout, suggest improvements and update my workouts in Hevy. My question is now, why people go long way for Claude, when ChatGpt is already integrated? What am i missing here?

I’ve seen few posts about connecting Claude and then letting Claude recommend weights. I don’t find much value for weights as i’ll anyways progress when my body is ready. Rather i’m looking to changes to my workout which could help me to develop my body better or like suggesting correct order of exercises. 1 step forward would be to let Claude push those exercises to Hevy directly.
