I ordered this shaker as soon as it released. The first delivery never got sent out. I followed up with CS, and they promised to ship it out as soon as possible. I know their shipping can take a while (sometimes). Ive waited over a year for a cup before. I’ve made and received 2 orders (6 Tubs, even some Waifu Sticker Packs *that I impulsively bought but have not opened*.)

It has now been so long since this replacement was supposed to be sent out, it is out of stock. It was in stock for at least 2 weeks, with time for them to ship a replacement.

I need to CS again, but I am so damn disappointed. One of my last memories with my dog before he passed away unexpectedly at a young age, was watching this anime with him. We binged it together, and he would get excited for the OST of the anime and rush to his ‘cozy spot’.

I lost track of time since losing my best friend. I just realized I never got this cup, and I originally ordered it within the first hour it was for sale. Now it’s far beyond gone, and I’m just so bummed. I know it’s just a cup, but it meant a bit more than that to me. I ordered it when I had my dog, and the last piece of him was waiting to be delivered to me… in this cup, as a mini memoir, for me to use while I worked. Now, he won’t be coming back home and this cup will never make it home either.

I’m not sure why I’m posting this here. I guess I just wanted to know what any of you would do in this situation? I don’t hate the company, and I still support them because I love the product. But of all the orders to fumble, back to back? This one hits way closer to home, and it’s just a shaker cup.

This isn’t a post against their Customer Support. I hope this doesn’t get taken down, because I mentioned them. I’m simply seeking opinions on what to do, or if this has happened to anyone else recently?
