I am 28(M) years old. I first noticed this receded hairline at the age of 15. Before that I have juvenile hairline and then one day I woke up and suddenly noticed that my hair at temple regions are gone. I am sure I don't remember the thinning phase. Luckily 13 years later it has not receded back further.
In those 13 years I tried finasteride for 6 months but didn't notice any regrowth so stop taking them. I never tried minoxidil.
Is it possible to regrow the hair in the receded corner area now or should I go for transplant?
