Like the title says I just became a CCA at a rather small office 3 city routes and 5 rural. I was just informed im not allowed to work until noon and im expected to only work 20-25 hours a week. This will literally starve me, I can't pay bills that way, I can't pay my mortgage. All the regulars and a few RTFs have all said they have waited 10+ years for regular hours they can live off of. I was given the option to work in a city an hour and 15 minutes away when my office doesnt need me and they regularly work 12 hour shifts. But because im so new im stuck in my home office getting scraps. Why should I work for a for a position ill never get (one of the regulars at my office waited 28 years to become a regular) when they cant feed me today?
