I'm just starting to work a deal on a 2026 Toyota Bz lease. It is showing a 6500 lease incentive right now which is pretty decent and the money factor is super low.

My question is how much of an MSRP discount should I be aiming for? Right now the car has an MSRP of 43.3k and a starting discount off MSRP of 1.5k. where should I be targeting for that discount? Is 1% payment possible on these or not enough incentive available?

Title says it all. How are Subie EVs like Solterra, Trailseeker, Uncharted leasing? My wife has a 24 Crosstrek Limited and we may be interested in her going EV if these lease okay. She's going up for an oil change this week and is going to test drive a dual motor Solterra. They have the other EVs in the way.
