Would this affect everyone else, or would it just be my reality?

What would be the best way to go about doing something like this? Revision?

Let's say, for example, it's a fight scene, and a character loses what's the best way to manifest so that the character wins? That's just an example, but how would u go about changing something like that when it's something that's shared with everyone? Would it affect others?
