SF86 Reference and Dates Questions

Hello, I'm a recent college grad (22) and in the process of completing the SF86 for a full-time job. I'm not sure if this sub is the best place to ask but I've a couple questions regarding the form:

  1. For education/address history, it says to not include anything before your 18th birthday, so when I put my address history, even if I've been living at the address way before my 18th birthday, should I only put the start date of the day that I turned 18?

  2. Another question related to address, since I just graduated college, I've lived at a couple different addresses (dorm and off-campus housings) other than my permanent address (where I have all important mails sent to), should I put the dates for my permanent address from my 18th birthdate to PRESENT even though I technically don't reside in it during my college semesters but I still do receive mails there (I came back home for spring breaks/winter breaks)?

  3. For references, I plan on using one of my friend who has known me for longer than 7 years, if I used them for my college dorm reference, could I still list them for one of the 3 people that know me well?

Thank you in advance for the help, if you have other additional tips that you feel would make the application process smoother and faster please feel free to let me know!!

Hi everyone, super excited just received an SWE offer today!! However, the offered salary is a bit lower than I expected and compared to Glassdoor and Levels.fyi for similar position and location. I was wondering has anyone had success in negotiating base salary and if so how much are usually appropriate to ask? I'm an external hire and had a couple internships at another place not sure I could use that as leverage.

Another question I had is regarding clearance, it didn't mention explicitly whether clearance is required to start. Is it common for Lockheed to require external candidates to fully go through the process before first report date? I heard it's possible to get on with open project while the investigation is going on so would I just reach out to my HM or recruiter about this?

Anyway super happy about this opportunity and look forward to joining Lockheed soon!! :)
