Had these breads at my old bakery.

A variant of Danish Birkes. With only butter instead of almonds filling. And dipped in everything but poppy seeds.

Havent done them in many, many years since I quit so they aren't as fancy and my oven sucks compared to a giant walk-in with great steam capabilites.

It's just a normal white bread dough with butter added and then a letter fold. 250celcius for like 20mins.

Quinoa, oats, cheese and a very much gatekept secret spice mix and cheese.
