Gym or coffee—what are you more into?
These are my two favorite things right now. I can spend hours in the gym or just as easily get deep into coffee—trying new brews, different beans, espresso vs cold brew, all of it.
For the gym people: are you training for strength, aesthetics, or just overall health and consistency?
