I started a calorie deficit just a couple of days ago. I’m 5’9” 352 lbs and according to what I’ve researched I should be eating 2400 to 2500 calories a day to be in a 500 calorie deficit. The main issue I’m having is hunger pains. My wife has been very helpful with assisting me in food prep and we have made sure I’m hitting my protein goal for the day, but I’m still having the hunger pains. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help get rid of the hunger? Thanks in advance.
