Rendering struggles - We dont wanna mount the tv above the fireplace, so we're moving it to the other wall (also making the kitchen island smaller from 11 ft to 9 ft). That means the couch will face the tv direction. We're planning to get the West Elm Leroy 108" reclining sofa.

The blue arrow shows the walking path...does it look like there's enough space for people to walk comfortably?

Any suggestions?
