i don’t mean a temporary pain “flare up” or an actual injury that shows up on a scan.

has anyone had a joint go from mild pain to loose, severe pain, instability, subluxations?

i became severely disabled after my first physiotherapy session and feel like the only person on the planet who has joints this fragile.
