the phrase 'the good old red, white and blue' i heard milion times as a "patriotic" statement, when its one of most common colors in flags, from like almost any slavic country to like idk france etc

is it actualy possible to get carpal tunnel syndrome by playing bass fast? i usualy play like, powerviolence, grindcore etc, fast genres, and sometimes i get pain in my left hand, is it a sign, is it just tiredness? idk im paranoid teenager, help please?
