My Chinese money plant has lil mites in the soil. Planning on going to pick up some Neem Oil. I’m also seeing this on some of the leaves. Are these like dead bugs or larvae or something?

Indoor plant gets light in front of a slider all day. Watering once every 1.5 weeks.
