I’ve sold an item on vinted and for 4 hours it wouldn’t let me create a label. Eventually it allowed me to log in via browser to create a label, after saying error, I got an email with the label, but it’s with a courier I have deactivated it my settings! How did this happen? And can I cancel the order without bad feedback? I have never sent with the courier the buyer selected and always have had it turned off 😣

It’s not an option for me to accept the order. My printer isn’t even working for a start.
