don’t really wanna change too much, and i feel like i wouldn’t suit wigs but otherwise open to options! i have cosplayed velma (last 2 pics) and raven from teen titans before but both i didn’t really put effort into…..
have really been struggling with this. on tuesday one of my shifts was removed and i was asked to come in for a meeting. i work at a bar in a gaming room, which means patrons are more likely to have cash and give tips (i live in a non-tipping culture country). we recently got a new manager who accused me of harassing customers for these tips, which is just straight up untrue. i’m a young girl and i get lots of compliments on my appearance so i don’t think it is out of the question that i am getting more tips because of that. i love my job, and i love talking to the regulars, so im hurt that i’ve been accused of this straight up and pretty much laid off without warning. they also said i talk to the customers TOO much which i have not heard of once until now. it’s especially weird because that’s my main job - to interact with and talk to the customers. it just strikes me as really unfair that ive been given no warning here? there were other things they brought up which were fair, like a mistake i made in the till and me taking a bit too long to clean, but i feel like it shouldn’t be a one and done issue that sees me without a job.
is there ANYTHING I can do considering im just a casual worker who has only been there just over 6 months? i am devastated.
