Does this look like HS to you?

For the past 9 months my armpits have had this burning sensation but they would look completely normal. The past month or two, they’ve been breaking out like this. Especially after I shave. But you can see the skin is also breaking out around the outside where the razor didn’t even touch. It usually clears up by the end the week but as soon as I shave again, it’s back. But the underlying stinging and burning feel is always there.

For context, I do believe I have mild HS. I have one reoccurring spot in my groin and the back of my legs breaks out a little but not like what’s going on with my armpits.

Did anyone’s HS start like this and get worse?? I’m so scared of my skin progressing into boils
