Heyall :D I'm new to this sub, 23nb with what my cardiologist recently determined to be some kind of dysautonomia. I wanted to ask if some of my symptoms(?) are things anyone else experiences, and if so whether anyone can recommend something to prevent it?

Sometimes after a bad symptom/high intensity work day I go into what i'm calling a "salt rage," where i need salt so desperately I get aggravated and food/electrolytes aren't enough to scratch the itch, only getting straight to the source like a goat for a bit will bring me back down. If I don't give into my salt rages, I also get postural headaches :(

The other thing is my dehydration illness, which comes as it pleases. If I don't immediately down a litre of water (minimum a litre every time, seriously) I get increasingly lightheaded, short of breath, and my heart rate picks up to the 170s. I haven't found a common thread with this one yet, but it has gotten better since i started Ivabradine?

for context i also have hEDS and do physical work, so i'm not sure if there's a crossover somewhere. I do already take electrolytes, drink minimum 2.5L water/day and use salt tabs, but it just keeps happening. Help?
