I’m looking into getting my first proper Japanese knife but there is ALOT of info out there that I’m getting stuck into. I’m looking for a gyuto and a petty knife in the region of £150-£250 each.
I’ve come up with a few options and was hoping you guys could help me out and let me know if I’d be stupid to buy any of these.
More recommendations are extremely welcome!
