Hello all,

I am currently stage managing a production of Once the Musical.

As I have been mapping out where our instruments go in and out, I’ve been trying to think of an efficient way to organize our backstage area to “park” instruments backstage. Has anyone SM’ed Once and have any advice on what you did that worked really well? Or some things to avoid that you might have learnt the hard way?
