Hello comrades. First of all, I have a terrible habit of writing long posts, so bear with me 😺

I’ve come here a few times to yap about how little merch there is for our king, and recently I got a new phone, so for the first time ever I fully decorated it and went all-in on a Capitano theme. While doing that, I also found some really cool app icons inspired by Flins and Kazuha.

Long story short: I also need a new mousepad because mine basically melted into my desk hihi, and while browsing Temu I found a bunch of Genshin-themed ones with all sorts of character-inspired designs.

That got me thinking about trying to make some Capitano-themed designs of my own. In this case, a mousepad and app icons, might also try to make a wallpaper but I don't want to get too ambitious because i can also be pretty lazy jajdkqk. Problem is… I’m not exactly a Capitano lore expert, even if I know a bit about it.

Right now, the only motifs I can really think of are:

• The Three Nails (his rank icon)

• Frost/Ice themes (for his Cryo and throne)

• The Fatui symbol 🕴

And that’s pretty much it 😭

So I wanted to ask: what other deep-lore symbols, motifs, or visual elements would fit Capitano? I got done with my commissions so unfortunately for society, I have free time to do personal stuff :3

I was in the mood to draw outfits, not necessarily designed specifically for her, I just love treating my OCs like dress-up dolls lol.

A few days ago I came across this Twitter account, @/20s_tnewties (I think it’s a clothing store?), and they post a lot of outfit inspo. A couple of their looks really stood out to me (which I used for the two full-body sketches).

I just really enjoy drawing outfits, and now that I’ve finished all my commissions, I’m finally back to doing personal art again :P

If someone is looking for some inspo I recommend checking out that account. I also have a pinterest board that's absolutely packed with outfit inspo aaaand I also recommend looking up vintage sewing patterns! Years ago I loved using them as references because the outfits were cute and the poses were simple to follow so they made for perfect references. 😺

Anyway in case you didn't notice, I also like sharing my art resources.

Also, also: Added the two other artworks I've done of my girl to sort of showcase her growth lol :3

These are commission pieces I did for Emerald_Wyvern of their character Kavu 🫡 I like coming back to these from time to time, especially when I start spiraling into that “I’m not improving” mindset. Then I look at them and I’m like… yeah, I’ve actually come a long way.

I was working on a commission, and since I'm incapable of resting like a normal person, my "break" was to start drawing something else. I rediscovered some old sketches of a concept I did years ago: the "progenitor" of all that exists.

In my stories, the gods never interfere, but his reason for not interfering is different. His divinity is so overwhelming that just hearing him speak would make your head explode because, well, imagine meeting your creator xD. Not even his children (the other gods) can see or hear him. He's a being condemned to watch over everyone without anyone knowing he's there, but even so, he loves them all equally.

An all-powerful being who doesn't even ask for a "thank you," he would give anything to be with his creations, but trying would mean destroying those he loves :3

My second sketch, although it goes against everything I just told, it's with my friend's avatar being held by my character. He wanted me to draw him with his "new husband" and who am I to say no lol. Last picture its the veeeery old design I came across
