I am making a slideshow video in Canva. Every time I add an element/text/image etc. to my slide, it shows up on its own line at the bottom. It is not attached to the slide, so if I adjust the timing of the slide I have to also adjust the timing of every single element on the slide, line by line. They do not move with the background slide. They randomly show up on different lines, some 5-6 lines above the background slide. I do have the elements grouped, but they are still on different “lines”.
A friend who made the slideshow for this same event last year said Canva was not like this. All of the tutorials I watch are not like this either. Is this just how Canva is?!
How can I fix this?! Thank you for your help!
