(15f) Beginner looking for advice on dropping time and improving by next season

Current time at the moment, any advice on what to do to drop my time by next year February/March as that’s where my season usually begins. I am beginner and do little to no training, as I don’t have a coach so over the summer I’m going workout well atleast attempt.😭 so few questions:

-Will I be able to drop my time to 29 seconds within 9 months (June-march).
-What workouts should I typically focus on in the summer.
-And how often should I workout, or even a training plan can help😅.
